I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team at this shop! After this repair, I can confidently say I’ve found a place I’ll keep returning to and happily recommend to every driver I know. When I was on my way, my dashboard showed eight serious fault codes. Honestly, I was worried my truck might break down before I even made it. But the problems were real and serious. Thanks to Jamshid and his amazing team, everything turned out completely differently. They immediately diagnosed the truck, found the causes, and fixed everything professionally. In about two and a half to three hours, they replaced the shock absorbers, the brake rotor, adjusted the necessary sensors and safety systems, cleared all the electronic errors, and even replaced the windshield. Inconsiderate. They added a lot behind building but still drop trailers and park trucks on the road right in front of a driveway trucks have to back into all the time. Im sure they're nice people but forget to think about others. If the business is already outgrown the building/ space you just moved into its a sign of good business but also a sign of poor planning. They also park illegally while they hang out in the parking lot. Trucks parked everywhere except the lot they put in behind the building. The drivers park in the lots for neighboring companies overnight with zero respect. And they even have nasty old mattresses in their own lot like its some homeless camp in downtown chicago. So many fake reviews on here as well. Pretty much just assume that if this business has responded to a review its bogus.
